John Joseph Ray is a Licensed Master Massage Therapist and has a thriving bodywork practice in Fayetteville, AR, having done over 10,000 treatment sessions. His practice focuses on therapeutic massage, including Cranial-Sacral Therapy and Direct-Indirect Technique™, which is a combination of techniques designed by John and the best of Myo-Fascial Release, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, and other modalities.

John has successfully taught technique, anatomy and physiology, and other classes to well over a thousand licensed massage therapists and massage students.

John is a professional member of the AMTA and is nationally certified by the NCBTMB. Moreover, John is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider.

He also has an MBA in Business Computer Systems. In his earlier professional work in the computer industry, John learned first-hand the effects of detrimental work habits on the back, neck, and head, and he has focused on specializing in these areas in his practice and instruction. He is dedicated to helping other therapists successfully treat a variety of client conditions.
